How To Treat Scrotal Skin Itching?

sir, my problem is skin itching below(below means an organ below penis i dont know what we call) and around pennis....it is like a bubble but there is no pain..it is itching..here this bubble is not a water bubble...when i press it heardly..it is not going to be spoiled...it was started when i was 17yrs now iam 21 yrs old...please show me the permenent solution...i wanna marry next year..

Jock's Itch in groin and scrotum down below penis.
These bubbles are from ringworm of the groin / pubis/ scrotum -Tinea Cruris- also known as Jocks itch
Treat-
Orally-Tab Itraconazole 100 mg / day for 2 weeks would cure it.
Locally-Terbinafine(lamisil) Cream locallyx 2 weeks to cure it.
Don't worry for all this. Act like suggested.
