How To Treat Sever Gas,stomach Pain And Diarrhea?
Doc I am suffering from severe gas, stomach pain and diarrhea. I am unable to hold down even water. Please help me as I am traveling today but given this condition I don't know how. I have taken ciplox tz but I am not sure if it was absorbed as I passed a completely watery stool immediately. Please help

FOR THE MOMENT i WOULD SUGGEST TO TAKE TASECTAN , HYDRAMIN OMEPRAZOL AND PLENTY OF WATER.
IF IT STILL EXIST AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS YOU NEED TO BE EXAMINED WITH FECAL EXAMS LIKE COPSOCULTURE, CANDIDA, OVA/PARASITE.
