the back pain due to disc prolapse is due to impingement of the spinal nerves. what would work better than pain killers like aceclofenac( hifenac) is a nerve sedative like amytriptilene or gabapentin coupled with a muscle relaxant. hifenac can cause gastritis so take it with omeprazole.
