How To Treat Severe Bruising And Swelling In Legs Following An Injury?

i was wondering i was walking my dog and she decided to chase a squirrel i started running and accidently missed my step and slipped off the sidewalk and fell on the cement and hit the side of my leg rolled down a little hill and rolled into a prickle bush. the top side of my right leg is badly bruised it is a size of a salad plate even a little bit bigger and very swollen anything i could do to help with the bruising. please email me back at YYYY@YYYY Thank you

It is quite common after a fall.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
You can also apply icepacks for faster recovery.
