How To Treat Severe Concussion?

I have serious concussion where I actually received 5 in one game back to back of each other. I've been taking ti e to recover but I recently was involved in a car accident where I hit my head against the window pretty hard. Now I feel like Im back at day 1. What do you recommend i should do now
