How To Treat Severe Cramping Followed By Diarrhea, Gas And Feverish Feeling?
Late last night I had severe cramping, it felt concentrated in the lower abdomen. I went to the restroom passed at first light brown, mushy stool, then thick diarrhea, in between high pressure gas and audible settling in my intestines. It was difficult and painful to pass the diarrhea. I also got nauseous, and felt like I was going to vomit, but did not. Today I still have intestinal discomfort, but not as acute. However I have passed some more diarrhea, but in small amounts with a faint pink coloration to it. I also feel feverish. This began a few hours after I ate at a restaurant, and continued into today.

Noted the history of cramping in lower abdomen, gas, diarrhea, gurgling, nausea, now diarrhea in small amount with pink discoloration and feeling feverish. Started after few hours of eating at restaurant.
All your symptoms are definite of gastroenteritis and hence must be tackled accordingly.
I would advise you the following:
Consult your Doctor.
Get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations of stool, blood and urine.
A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole, PPI like Omeprazole and symptomatic treatment as needed with Domperidone, paracetamol and so on.
Maintain good hydration and electrolyte balance by taking ORS/ Electrolyte solution.
