How To Treat Severe Macular Amyloidosis?

I have severe macular amyloidosis I have been treated with laser peeling and other peeling creams and glutathione + vitamin C iv courses And nothing changed I am still suffering the darkness of my arms and back I need something to lighten my skin even if it s a makeup please help me am getting married in two months and am very depressed about my condition Thank you

Hi.
As per your case history of macular amyloidosis, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid friction at affected region as it may worsen the condition.
2. It is a chronic disease and take months for appreciable results.
3. As you have already used multiple peeling creams, you need other treatment options like hydroquinone 4%cream, kojic acid cream, mild topical steroid cream like fluticasone. All these are started only after consulting a dermatologist.
