How To Treat Severe Pain In Left Side Of Chest, Tightness?

Hi ,i am 23yrs old.AFter dinner last night.i felt severe pain in the left sideof my chest and tightedness..And had vomiting sensation.then i had radiating pain in my left hand .after 2 hrs of sitting upright i fell asleep.But i still have pain in my left arm this morning.

Probably you are suffering from heart burn may be due to GERD. For this you need to take pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily before food and have to maintain a good life style like small but frequent diet, plenty of water, avoidance of fast spicy food. I think you will be relieved.
