Antibiotic might needed. 2.Second it could be as part of viral respiratory infection like rhinitis or sore throat.symptomatic management done with more water and fruits. 3.Third your pain could be reffered pain by acid reflux or ulcer like stomach condition. Take omeprazole for few days for treating it. 4.Fourth it could be muscular strain related pain.analgesic is helpful. If still cause not clear pulmonary function test or bronchoscopy may needed.
