How To Treat Sick Feeling With A Lump In Throat?
My younger brother (9) feels sick with a lump in his throat. I think it may be catarrh as his nose is blocked and he suffers from hayfever. It sounds like a silly question but it is putting him off his food. Is there anything we can try to help him feel better? Thanks, Sophie

Please give him an anticold tablet and a nasal spary
also do saline gargles and take steam inhalation..
Take tablet pantoprazole 20 once daily
avoid spicy and junk foods
drink plenty of water
