Based On the facts, You mostly seem to suffer from-
Oschgood Shlatter's Disease-/ or Osteoid hematoma/ or osteophytes from
knee arthritis.
Treatment -
Would depend on cause-
Oschgood shlatter's disease- Cold compresses/Tab NSAIDs for 7 days/ Tab
Chymoral Fort/ Vit D3 with Calcium would resolve / with
Physiotherapy.
-Osteoid Hematoma -if causes discomfort could be excised surgically.
Osteophytes-Need Treat with Arthritis-ARthroscopic surgical debridement of the osteophytes and arthritis of the knee joint and accompanied osteofied ligaments.
Intra-articular injections of the mesenchymal stem cells would resolve the arthritic damage of the buffer
cartilage knee menisci.
Knee replacement in extreme arthritic cases is advisable.
