I have a small raised area on the tip of my penis its about the size of a pencil in diameter. it doesn t itch or hurt at all. Its redish pink and it has a clear hard scab like on the suface. Ive had two sexual partners one was a year ago the other was two months ago but tested negative for std since then. Its been there for about a week and has only gotten slightly smaller. i just want to know the likely hood of it being a result of a permanent std any help would be apreciated.
You have small raised area at the tip of the penis that does not itch or hurt. Your STD tests showed negative reports. Since it has also grown slightly smaller in size it can be Pearly penile papules, they are not sexually transmitted. They require no treatment and have no symptoms. It should go away on its own. Take care of your hygiene, do not entertain multiple sex partners and always perform safe sex.
However, genital warts also appear on the head of the penis and are sexually transmitted. They are caused by human papilloma virus (HPV). You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP and get treated if required. You may be recommended to get few tests and Investigations done.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
