How To Treat Small White Bumps In Pee Hole?

Hi, I m a female. I have these really small white bumps by my pee hole. I thought it was just white excess that could easily be cleaned away, but I tried my best... and they could not come off. Im still a virgin and I ve never had any sexual contact with another person before, BUT I do masterbait, please help.

Hi,
From history it seems that this might be due to irritation due to masturbation.
there is a possibility of having urinary tract infection as well.
Apply antibiotic or moisturizing cream locally.
If require go for urine check up.
Keep local part clean and healthy.
