How To Treat Small,pea-sized Lump Under Left Armpit With Discomfort In Shoulder, neck And Chest Tightness?

I have a small, pea-sized lump under my left armpit. It isn t painful really but it moves when I touch it. I am also experiencing some discomfort in my shoulder and neck and some chest tightness. Could this be a pinched nerve? I am very concerned that it is something worse. I am a 22-year old female. Thank you!

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Pea sized lump is called lymphnode and if it is normal and present since long time then it is not a point of tension. If it is increasing in size or causing you pain then you can show to general surgeons.
For neck problem i would suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon and get your cervical spine x ray done.If it shows any cervical spondylitis then you can get treatment accordingly.
