How To Treat Sore Belly Button?

hi i have had a sore bellybutton for some time now it gets yellow crusty skin inside but it comes off i put sudocream on but it doesnt work i just relised that i seen some liquid in it i got it on a cotton wool bud and it was yellow help me please im scared

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that yellow discharge along with yellowish scab in the nostrils seems to be due to causes like Bacterial infection while it can also be due to fungal /Candida infection..
It occurs commonly due to moisture accumulation in the area and it leads to more proliferation and growth of the organisms..
I would suggest you to consult an Infectious Medicine Specialist and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and investigations like swab culture of belly button can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised to apply an antibiotic ointment in case if there is bacterial infection..
A course of antibiotics can also be advised..
In case of fungal infection anti fungal Oral and topical medication can be advised..
Keep the area dry and clean and avoid moisture accumulation..
