How To Treat Spreading Small Red Spots On My Arms?

I have small red spots on my arms that seem to be spreading. They are a little like blood blisters. If I accidently rub against something they bleed really bad. It looks something like a rash but it is painful now and spreading fast. Should I be concerned? Thank you, Lisa

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having either allergic contact dermatitis or papular urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the blisters. As it will worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic and steroid combination cream like fusiderm-twice daily.
3. Oral antihistamine like levocetrizine can be taken for itching.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid only taken after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
