Hi..my wife experienced a severe stomach ache on Wednesday and next day she was not able to take any medicine as she was continuously vomiting.we admitted her to hospital where we found her tlc has increased to 16600. After 3 doses of injection, she was discharged the next day and the medicines were prescribed...her vomit is under control but mild spastic pain still persists.. Please advise
Hello, I can understand your concern for your wife's health. 1) She might be suffering from severe gastritis which is inflammation of inner layer of stomach due to either irritation or allergy from food. 2) Gastritis leads to pain and vomiting. 3) She must take anti-emetic medication to control vomiting, anti-spasmodic medication to control pain, anti-acidity medication to promote resolution of gastritis. 4) In addition she must avoid oily, spicy, over-cooked, partially cooked food. She must avoid alcohol also.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any further query, I would be happy to help you. Have a good day!
