How To Treat Stomach Upset?
i was taking melzap md .25 md daily in the morning and panazap 25 in the night for last 5 months as i was getting panic attacks,now the doctor has stopped melzap .25mg seeing my stable condition from last 10 days.after withdrawing melzap .25 mg i am having frequent stomach upset problem and also having little bit vertigo,is it the because of stopping melzap .25mg. please guide

Noted the history of being prescribed Melzap md .25 the morning and Panzap 25 in the night for the last 5 months for panic attacks but stop Melzap for the last 10 day. Started getting frequent stomach upsets and vertigo, wants to know whether due to stopping Melzap.
As per the history you have provided this looks apparently due to stopping the medicines and can withdrawal or starting of IBS, that is irritable bowel syndrome. I would advise you the following:
- First of all, consult the Doctor who started or stopped Melzap 0.25 for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as per the findings. This will give us the decision whether to continue the same or to change over.
- If the investigations are normal, it is better to get the treatment for IBS. The investigations for stool, urine, blood, Colonoscopy and CT scan of abdomen.
