How To Treat Swallowing Difficulty Post Tonselectomy?

I had a tonselectomy on Monday april 7th I m on the end of day 12. I stopped talking my pain meds two days ago because I m not in agony...but I still haven t coughed up any scabs and it still hurts to swallow and I have been randomly coughing today too. It really hurts to yawn. Am I ok?
