How To Treat Swelling And Burning Sensation Of Gall Bladder?

My gallbladder is swollen on the right side of my stomach, and it also burns. It's been hurting like this for months now, but recently it's gotten more intense. How do I know if it is bad enough to go to the ER? I don't have a job or insurance to pay, which is why I've waited, but I can't take much more pain.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
You simply must see a surgeon and do relevat tests to rule out acute cholecystitis which may be serious gallbladder inflammation. In some case even some more serious conditions may be present and include tumors or biliary duct obstruction so this is not something to take such a risk. I strongly suggest to do CT scan and check liver markers as soon as possible. Then further steps can be planned.
I hope I have answered you query
Kindly regards. Wish you a good health.
