How To Treat Swollen Belly Of An Infant?

My 15month old daughter has had a swollen belly since she was born and still has, this has never been an issue as she eats well drinks well and goes to the toilet on a regular basis, she recently contracted twice, hand foot and mouth, and since then, it seems that when she eats solids for her tea around 18.00hours she is violently sick around 2 /2.3o in the morning, but she brings no fluid up just the solids no matter how small.

Pediatrician 's  Response
I am quite certain that her large belly since birth has nothing to do with the recent problem. Was she tested for the large belly? Any X-rays? Sonography? Blood tests? Referred to child surgeon? If yes, you should revert to me through a private query to convey those results to me.

The HFMD (hand foot and mouth disease) also has nothing to do with the current problem.
