Hi my daughter is 8. Had ears pierced at 2, but took them out as ears swelled up. When she is run down one of the holes that was pierced gets red and sore, with green goo coming out. Now it is like that, but with a lump at the back of it... Very tender, can t touch back of ear

the ear lobe has got infected and you should remove the ear ring.
you can apply mupirocin ointment 4-5 times a day, but please meet your ent doctor for considering starting antibiotics.
