How To Treat The Condition Of Bilateral Chryptorchism?

my husband is born with bilateral chryptorchism....tried to do surgery at 10 yrs of age but it was of no use....next he underwent surgery at dominican republic,at his 27 yrs of age ,but both testis dint descend...we have normal sexual life both reach orgasm also....but intercourse is not very frequent...because his hormones are very low...now his age is 36,ht is 5"10 wt is 84kgs....so please let me know what are the treatment options for us ....am anxious to conceive..

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that your husband has bilateral Chryptorchism..which has failed to descend down even after surgery twice.
You have not mentioned the present location of testicles whether they are in inguinal canal or higher up in scrotum.
Please get his ultrasound scanning of abdomen done to locate the testicles ..
Please note that testicles in abnormal position are prone to under go malignant changes (Cancer) 50 % more than normal positioned testis.
Please consult qualified general surgeon for evaluation and further treatment.
