How To Treat The Itchy Bug Bites On My Arm?

I have like these bug bites, that are really itchy, and they re so itchy I can t stop. It spread all over my top right arm, in tiny little groups. And know they ve been scarred as black groups on my skin, I am actually black so I don t see red to identify what type of bite it is. Most scars are from my nails tearing off skin...I don t know what to do.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having papular urticaria due to bug bites.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
