I am feeling pain each time go toilet, it started about 1 month ago whenI had just little hard stool, after that each time go toilet Ifeel like burning and in 40% of times I see blood wth stool, I am taking aloe tablets to soften the stool but the problem still exists, should I be worry about it? what to do?

Hi there,
it looks like Fissure-in-Ano, a type of crack in anus, due to various cause,commonly,hard stool,constipation,lack of fibrous food,water,causes this, aslo association with disease like IBS, Ulcerative colitis, and some local infection is seen.
Better get a local examination done by a Surgeon.
