How To Treat The Pain In The Testicle For A Person Showing Pus Cells In Semen?

hi doctor!!i have been having testicle pain for last month visited a urologist and did few tests and scans everything was fine but the semen result had some pus cells !!!i realize the cord attached to the testicles is where the exact pain !!this is the third time i got this pain ..it gets infected then gets better then infects again .
please help me out

Thanks for writing to HCM

Pus cells in semen indicates infection.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
You should consult your doctor.
