How To Treat The Pelvic Inflammatory Disease?

hi i m DR.ANKITA(dentist)..age 29..i deliverd a female child in oct 2009(c section)...in may 2010 i hd one mtp & again in dec one mtp.during those ultrasounds i was diagnosed with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease...i got ppd done which was positive..i had backache..loss of appetite..loss in wt..so based on these findings i was started with ATT(four drug regime)..after starting ATT within a week i was suffering from diarrhoea & vomitting.so att was stopped & restarted as 3 drug and then 4 drug regime..it has been nearly 6 mnths...for first few months i was relieved but since 3-4 months i feel lethargic,wt. loss,severe nausea,anxiety to small-2 things(for which i m taking beta blocker & etizolam)...i m worried abt the no. of medicines i m taking...will i be dependent on medicines thruout my life?please help...what exactly shd i do?
