How To Treat The Red Holes On The Hands That Hurts?
I am a fastidious little german hausfrau who cleaned her pvc fencing and trellises in her garden to remove the mildew, with a combo of soap and bleach in warm water. Now I have these red holes the size of pin pricks all over my hands, and it hurts. They bled a little at first, when I noticed what was happening. I cleaned them by running cool water over them for about 10 minutes and then put neosporin on the worst. iI had some silvadene (spelling?) cream I used as well. I know it is a type of burn...I am a pianist at church and my fingers are so swollen and stiff it was hard to play at first but the hands are doing better today. Is there anything else to do to relieve the discomfort besides give it time? Thanks in advance for your help, from a miserable lady with a very white fence.

Well, it looks like inflammation that can be due to bleach or anything else that you came in contact with. Yes, it is true that the inflammation can reduce over the period of time but along with it you should also apply a steroid and antiseptic combination like Betnovate GM over it.
Continue doing cool compresses. Avoid playing the instrument for time being to let the swelling reduce significantly. In case if there is no improvement in 3 to days you should consult an Emergency room and get evaluated.
