During my last cycle I used a water soluble lubricating jelly because I use a menstrual cup. During the last 2 days I noticed tenderness. Now it hurts to wipe, itches while I wipe, and the skin is raw. I've tried putting vitamin E in and on the area. How can I quickly heal the skin.
