I would suggest you to consult an Internal Medicine specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like urethral swab culture, microscopic examination of a slide specimen of the discharge/deposit and blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly.. You can be advised antifungal ointment and oral antifungals in case of fungal infection.. Antibiotics can be advised for bacterial infection and other conditions can be treated as diagnosed..
