Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the exact cause of the symptoms that you have is something white at the foreskin that is attached to penis head..
It needs not necessarily be thrush that is a fungal infection as it generally occurs with pain and burning along with inflammation, although at times can be without any severe annoying symptoms..
Other causs can be Urethiritis, sexualy transmitted infections like Chlamydia, Gonorrhea etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Internal Medicine specialist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like urethral swab culture, microscopic examination of a slide specimen of the discharge/deposit and blood tests can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised antifungal ointment and oral antifungals in case of fungal infection..
Antibiotics can be advised for bacterial infection and other conditions can be treated as diagnosed..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
