How To Treat Thigh And Vaginal Bumps?

Hi sometimes I get bumps on the outsiDe of my vagina as well as my inner thighs. Sometims they are pretty sensitive and. Can even be slightly pussy. Should I be concerned for my sexual health? I don't know if this is uncommon but I just want to know if im possibly carrying Android std. Thanksbfor your time.
