Hi my doctor advised me to use moisturiser on my frenulum as well as the Daktakort he prescribed, for treating a tight frenulum and I was wondering if sudocrem would be good enough as I have that readily available or is there another brand/product which would be better?
Hi. As per your case history of tight frenulum, my treatment advice is - 1. Do regular exercise of retracting the prepuce skin. 2. Apply a tacrolimus 0.03 % ointment twice daily on it. 3. Other treatment options are topical steroid and circumscion done by a dermato-surgeon.
Thanks. Dr. Harshit bhachech. MBBS, DDVL.
