i have got a tiny little bump which is pink and give me absolutely no pain it is just there however i get little red dots on my head of my penis which are itchy i have been sexually active with a girl for 8 months now however i only have had this problem in the last 3 months all my sex is unprotected (she is on the implant)

It might be balanitis or genital warts. We have to rule out other conditions like STD (sexually transmitted diseases) also. Once the diagnosis of genital warts has confirmed, You can consult a dermatologist and plan for cauterization or cryosurgery.
