Hello,
Trinessa is a combination birth control pill containing female hormones that prevent ovulation (the release of an egg from an ovary).
It also causes changes in Cervical mucus and uterine lining, making it harder for sperm to reach the uterus and harder for a fertilized egg to implant.
Common side effects of it may include stomach pain, gas, nausea, vomiting; Breast tenderness; Acne, darkening of facial skin, headache,
nervousness, mood changes, weight gain,
Breakthrough bleeding,
Vaginal discharge, rash, DVT, etc.
Stop using birth control pills as you have already done, do cold compress, continue to apply steroid cream, take commercially available preparations of
Vitamin C which will hasten the movement of collected blood in the surrounding tissue and avoid day today minor traumas.
Have plenty of dark green vegetables to make optimal vitamin K sources.
They would improve with the course of time. If not, you might need a visit to your clinician who would again procure coagulation profile, prothrombin times, PT-INR and liver function tests.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
