Hello,
I can understand your concern for your symptoms
1) No this is not serious problem
2) Your symptoms are consistent with irritable bowel syndrome
3) This is a condition in which small intestine movement increase due to abnormal digestion of food. Digestion is affected due to either irritation or allergy to particular food or due to insufficient intestinal digestive enzymes.
4) You should take medications to improve digestion, medication to reduce intensity of pain. If your symptoms persist even after medical treatment then you must consider to undergo colonoscopy and upper GI endoscopy to find cause for development of symptoms.
5) Keeping diet gluten free and high-fiber content will also help to reduce intensity of symptoms.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
