How To Treat Upper Chest Pain And Underarm Muscle Pain ?

I m i m 33 yr old male with weird muscle pains in both sides of upper chest and in front of underarm whatever the muscle on the angle is. Lower ribs hurt as well on right side of body. No heart issues have a normal stress test. Pain in chest radiates around the breats. No cancers all clear on x-rays, no lung issues. Osteo seems to help with massage. Physio gets mixed results. Heat packs ease momentarily. Chiro seems to assist physio. Pain seems to be worst when i lay down on couch with arms beside me. Will hurt in whatever shoulder is closet to front of couch (? something to do with front shoulder dropping whilst laying down)

These symptoms may have a relation to bad posture at work and/or sleep. You can lie straight while sleeping and not on your sides as this prones for muscle pains. Continue Physiotherapy if it helps. Eat fresh veggies everyday for proper antioxidant effect and to prevent vitamin deficiencies. Drink plenty of water. Consult a Neurologist if the symptoms aren't relieved.
