Let me tell you about your main concern for the diet. As long as the uric acid is concern, according to new study diet may not have any crucial role in uric acid or have very minimal role but main is genetic constitution so, the only thing is veterinarian diet need to be avoided in another word high protein diet should be avoided.
Whatever the symptoms being stated here are not related to uric acid,
hypertension demands the medical attention;
liver pathology should never be neglected.
Uric acid is the metabolic product of (End product of purine) purine actually presents more or less in all the fruits, vegetables, meat, sea food, (Yeast and it is the main ingredient of alcohol).
So, looking to this uric acid expelled out through urine but some time certain amount being sustained in blood and this phenomenon is not fully known, and it is hypothesis is that gene might playing the role.
