How To Treat Urinary Frequency And Pain?
i am having rt sided fullness of pelvicalyceal system with prominenet ureter but without any evidence of calculi what should i do for the pain existing and urine frequency???? no burning.there is prescence of pus cells and bacteria in urine.. plz suggest me something helpfull???????

Many a times radiolucent stones cannot be identified on usual investigation,CT scan is needed to locate it,
To get relieved of pain antispasmodic like tab meftalspas once at night gives relief,
And you mentioned findings its suggestive of UTI,you needs to be started on antibiotic,
