How To Treat Very Red Blotchy Bottom Post Shower In A 6 Years Old Child?

My 6yr old daughter often gets a very red blotchy bottom after taking a shower. This travels also down to the back of her upper thighs? It disappears in time but obviously curious as to why this happens?

She is also a big girl for her age and I have noticed she is developing breasts buds. I'm also worried about her weight, she eats the same as her brother but both completely different frames. Should I be worried as she's becoming aware of her tummy.

Thank you for your question.
The red blotches after the shower are not of any serious concern. It is not uncommon to see these types of things after warm or hot water comes in contact with the skin.
The other symptoms, ie: breast buds, increasing weight, might not be serious either. However, I recommend getting evaluated by a pediatric endocrinologist. This is a doctor who specializes in hormones. Your pediatrician will be able to refer you to a good one.
