How To Treat Vomit And Fever In A 4 Years Old Child?

My four years child vomiting 10 times from last night he is also in fever 101 degree celcius , actually last two day he is not going to latrine .
And also I found his abdomen temperature is higher than his body. So please suggest what I will do right now.

Hallo . Thank you for posting your question . You can treat fever with Paracetamol syrup . For vomitings , can give Syrup Domperidone - If not hypersensitive to these medicines . Maintain hydration by giving plenty of liquid /ORS . If not improve , consult local pediatrician . Hope I have answered your query .If you have any furthur questions I will be happy to help .
