Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter began vomiting at about nineish. Quick on set. She is 22. She had chicken noodle soup from local restaurant, bread and a cookie previous to that. She said she had not eaten anything different during the day. She has had no diarrhea. Stomach pain, dizziness. No sleep. I am trying to find out if it could have been the flu or food poisoning. We have a pregnant girl coming over today and I need to be safe.
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, it is not the food poisoning but it seems to be food allergy, beside this it could be dyspepsia no specific treatment needed but vomiting needs to be taken care because it may cause the dehydration to stop the vomiting Domperidone can be used orally if this fails to work then Ondansetron should be given through injectable root hope this information
