How To Treat White Spots On Tonsil And Geographic Tongue?

My inside of my mouth..the roof, the tonsils are all very white in color with red veins. I even half little white spots and the thing that hangs down and moves when you talk. My tongue also looks like "geographic" tongue. It doesn't hurt or bother me. What is this?

Thanks for your query, I have gone through your query.
The white spots over the tonsils and tongue can be because of the fungal infection like candidiasis. The other cause for the white spot over the tonsil can be because of the stones or tonsillolith. Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician and get it evaluated. If it is a fungal infection, then we can treat it by using antifungal agents like clotrimazole or nystatin, If it is tonsillolith, then it has to be treated surgically. For the geographic tongue, it most commonly occurs secondary to nutritional deficiency. So consume lot of green leafy vegetables.
I hope I have answered your query, take care.
