I have gone through your query and can understand..
As per your complain white spots over the tonsils seems to be due to Follicular tonsillitis and can be due to most commonly bacterial infection or viral infection with secondary bacterial infection.. You can consult an Otolaryngologist and get a Rapid Strep test done to confirm the infection and in case if there is bacterial infection antibiotics like Augmentin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, warm saline gargles, steam inhalations and chewing Vitamin C to boost up the immunity can help.. Avoid spicy , hard and chilled foods and maintain a good oral hygiene.. Drink plenty of luke warm water and other fluids.
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards. Dr.Honey Nandwani Arora.
