How To Treat Wisdom Tooth Mediated Infection?

I have a broken 12year molar, but my wisdom tooth behind it is trying to come in, it's turned and impacted bc there is no room and it's literally breaking out my molar.. I know it's infected but I can't afford to see a dentist for at month, can rifampin be used for infection

hello!Read your query.

Take a full week course of antibiotics(metronidazole and amoxicillin) and analgesics.
Do not chew anything hard on this side till you see your dentist(or you may break second molar further).
Take a x-ray for the wisdom tooth , removal is absolutely necessary.
Get the second molar restoration after the removal.
Warm salt water gargle thrice daily will help subside infection.
