How To Turn Grey Hair To Black?

Hi i am 27 yrs and i have a very long hair but dandruff and lot of grey hair and my doctor suggested me to apply altris gel and ketrox shampoo for 2 to 4 months with some healthy food that contain more vitamin c .
Can u pls suggest me that grey hair will turn to black if i follow this regularly
Altris gel i apply daily night and ketrox shampoo before washing hair
Weekly twice i wash my hair

Hi,

White hair in beard at the age of 27 years is quite unusual. This is known as premature canities.

The latest of the treatment available for the same is by "Melitain gel" local application. It takes 3-4 months to see the results after using the gel. For the prevention there is no mainstay of therapy but you can take vitamins in the form of biotin, calicium pantothenate and other B complexes.

Eat a lot of green leafy vegetables and sprouts which contains vitamins and minerals necessary for normal hair function.

Reduce your stress level and stop any substance abuse like smoking or alcohol.
