How To Untangle Cord Around The Baby S Neck During Pregnancy?

Hi I am in the onset of my eighth month and in the Doppler study of ultrasound it was found that there is a single loop cord around the baby s neck because of which blood supply to the baby is short. Please advice if there is any danger? What can be done to untangle it and prevent it in future. I would prefer a normal delivery.
