How To Use MTP Kit For Abortion?

I am pregnant around less then 7 weeks.I am 24 Years old.. How to use MTP kit?? After taking 1 tablet of Mifepristone…200 mg...what are the symptoms that will be observed?? What is the exact time of taking 4 tablets of Misoprostol After having the above one??What are the symptoms ??And how i can confirm my pregnancy is over?

MTP lit should be used after confirming pregnancy in the uterine cavity of less than 93 days by USG. It is under the directives of gynecologist under medical surveillance. Tablet Mifepristone 200 mg should be taken after food. It cause just spotting and mild abdominal pain as it cause detachment of pregnancy from the uterus wall. After 24 hour of taking mifepristone, you have to put misoprostol 800 ug in the vagina by gynecologist. After 30-40 minutes of taking misoprostol bleeding (just more than period with blood clots and tissue), abdominal cramp,tiredness, lethargy last for 4-5 days. Pregnancy should be confirmed by pregnancy kit after 10 days. But exact abortion status/pregnancy is confirmed by USG at 14th day.
