hi i am having irregular menstrual problems. some time they are 7 days late other time early...and over a month now i have little flow of blood in drops form.now i consulted a doctor and she prescribed Estradiol Valerate/Norgestrel..and now i have read these meds have high side affects .? plese help me how should i use them.
