How To Use Gestofit Capsule And How Is It Useful?

Hi, I am one month pregnant and my Dr. has advised me to take Gestofit 200. I take two capsules, one orally and one vaginally. While using it vaginally, should i push the capsule deep in or should i jst leave it at the vagina? Why should i use Gestofit and how is it useful to me?

Gestofit is a hormonal tablet. It contains a hormone called as progesterone which is normally increased during pregnancy to stabilize the pregnancy. Normally we do not prescribe progesterone in pregnancy unless it is indicated by the signs/symptoms of threatened abortion or unstable pregnancy. Why were you prescribed these tablets?
