How To Use Mifepristone To Terminate Unwanted Pregnancy?

hello doctor. my wife got period since 34 days. so we checked in pregnancy tube and it was confirmed. so we are not ready for pregnancy now itself. so i checked in browsing and i got a tablet of mifepristone 200mg and she had that but she is feeling normally itself. so can u guide us how should she can remove her pregnancy.we are waiting for ur reply asap.

Understand your concern
You can not use abortion pill at home by itself as it cause incomplete abortion and excessive bleeding. It should be use after getting proper guidance under supervision of gynecologist. Pre abortion USG is required to confirm pregnancy is in uterus and less than 9 week gestational age. b procedure Mifepristone 600 mg followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally after 24 hour. 400 ug should be given after 4 hour if needed under supervision of gynecologist. Post abortion advice: USG after 14 days, rest for 24-48 hour, analgesic, maintain pelvic hygiene.
If excessive bleeding (> 2 pads/hour for 2 hour)and prolonged bleeding (> 7 days) occur immediately consult the doctor.
